Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate/ Process Developer -Invoice to Cash

Roles and Responsibilities:
•    Billing and Invoicing.
•    Ensure timely billing execution and billing accuracy.
•    Monitor, review and update the Customer details in CRM
•    Invoice corrections – Credits & Rebills
•    Emails queries/requests from field teams
•    Support and drive metrics.
•    Update Work Instructions.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
•    College or University degree in Finance/Economics or equivalent experience
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook
•    A proficient level of English
•    Result oriented and attention to detail is a must.
•    Teammate attitude
•    Ability to be pro-active and to think “creatively”.
