In the HRS Learning & Talent Support Services Associate Analyst role, you will provide support to the team in the delivery of an excellent level of service to the North-South Europe (NSE) firm.

The role requires you to provide high quality first line learning administration support to the HRS Learning & Talent Support Services team, the emphasis is to provide a consistently high level of customer service to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our users and HR Services objectives.

Work you’ll do.
As a part of this team, you will be responsible for:
Adding classes to the Deloitte Learning Management System
Processing of all scheduled reports? Provide delegate list.
Distribution of electronic training materials and pre-work;
Closing classes and processing of post course evaluations and feedback;
Ensure all system related activities or updates are completed accurately in time deadlines and in line with procedural guidelines;
Ensure compliance with appropriate Data Protection legislation at all times
Working within Service Level and Operational Level Agreements;
Administration of other Learning Support Services processes as required

Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM

The USI Supporting UK CBS HR Services team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in the UK with a wide variety of capabilities like financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing and IT services.

Qualifications
Required:
• Graduate degree• 0-1 years of work experience in learning administration, back office service operations, customer service operations
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office package applicationsPreferred:
• Prior experience in training and development domainHow you’ll grow
