Eligibility Criteria for Telus International Recruitment Drive 2024
Responsibilities:
· Produce reports for internal/external customers and senior leadership as needed
· Translate data into meaningful and measurable metrics for leadership and various teams
· Experience communicating data driven insights
· Identify trends and opportunities for improvement
· Perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed including but not limited to research projects
· Data mine, document, test and debug reporting and analysis using standard tools including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite and SQL
· Generate various monthly, and quarterly, analyses and reporting
· Possess strong skills in understanding, manipulating, and analyzing data, and who can facilitate data driven decision-making
· Possess strong spreadsheet skillset: Advanced Excel proficiency and Power BI are requirements
· Prepares and provides required reports and/or graphs for tracking, trending and other reporting requirements

Other Description and Requirements
| 2+ years of experience in Data Analysis and advanced proficiency in Excel is must. Power Bi and SQL expertise is an added advantage. This is complete Remote role in US Shifts. |
