Eligibility Criteria for PAYTM Recruitment Drive 2024
We love JavaScript, our entire stack is built on it. As we continue to grow the site and its features, we are looking for a passionate, talented, and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team and help build out the next set of kick-ass features.
As a Senior Full Stack Developer at Paytm Insider, you’ll deliver high-quality technical solutions to build fully-fledged platforms using a range of different technologies. You’ll be involved in the entire product development lifecycle including the design, development, deployment and maintenance of new and existing features.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of Strong proficiency in core JS and Node JS and experience in shipping production applications
- Solid understanding of the async programming model and its quirks and workarounds
- Strong front-end development experience with React JS and its entire ecosystem
- Experience working on microservices architectures driven by one or more of these datastores in cloud-native deployments: MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch
- Experience leading and/or mentoring junior developers on large scale projects and driving best practices in the team
- Experience with message queue systems like SQS or Kafka is a huge plus.
- Passion for developing awesome user experiences
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- Hunger to learn new things and ability to grasp new concepts quickly
- Ability to move quickly without breaking things too much (we are dreamers)
- Ability to work under immense pressure which is balanced by a sense of responsibility and ownership
