Eligibility Criteria for Bottomline Recruitment Drive 2024
As an HR Data Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting data related to our people. Your insights will be utilized to drive strategic decisions around headcount, recruitment, turnover/retention, talent management, and employee engagement across the company. Your expertise will be leveraged for systemization, process improvement and identification of future opportunities for efficiency and scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Governance:
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems and databases
- Partner to develop and manage HR data dashboards and reporting
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns and insights that inform decision-making.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on key HR metrics (example: turnover, retention, headcount, engagement, time to hire)
- Present data findings in a clear and actionable manner that tells a story
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to understand reporting and analytics needs across the business
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in HR operations based on data analysis and governance
- Support systemization to enhance data collection and analysis capabilities
- Determine future opportunities and recommendations on how to leverage data to assess the effectiveness of our HR programs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Data Science, Statistics, Analytics
- 2-5 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis or a related field
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (example PowerBI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings in a clear, concise manner
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
- Knowledge of HR practices and procedures
