We are seeking a Process Executive for our B&L team with 0 to 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Excel and a keen interest in customer verification and mortgage services. This role involves handling data ensuring accuracy and providing exceptional customer service to support our business operations.

ResponsibilitiesHandle data entry and management tasks using MS Excel to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Oversee the verification of customer information related to mortgage loans.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.Maintain accurate records and documentation for all customer interactions and transactions.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using MS Excel.Support the team in various administrative tasks as needed.Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.Monitor and track performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

QualificationsPossess strong technical skills in MS Excel.Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.Show a keen interest in customer verification and mortgage services.Have the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Display strong organizational and time management skills.Be proactive in identifying and resolving issues.Nice to have experience in customer verification for mortgage loans.Nice to have experience in customer service within the mortgage industry.Be adaptable and open to learning new skills and technologies.Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.Show a willingness to participate in continuous improvement initiatives.Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

Certifications Required

Certification in MS Excel or related data management tools is preferred.
