We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in NeoLoad Jmeter and LoadRunner and a strong background in customer service within the mortgage domain. This hybrid role requires a dedicated professional to contribute to our projects and enhance our customer service solutions.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute performance testing scripts using NeoLoad Jmeter and LoadRunner to ensure system reliability and performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective test plans.Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on system performance identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.Implement performance testing best practices and methodologies to optimize system performance.Monitor and maintain performance testing environments ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning correctly.Provide technical support and guidance to team members on performance testing tools and techniques.Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve performance issues early in the development cycle.Ensure that all performance testing activities comply with industry standards and company policies.Contribute to the continuous improvement of performance testing processes and tools.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and performance.Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in performance testing and apply this knowledge to improve testing practices.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and performance issues.Document all performance testing activities and results for future reference and audit purposes.

QualificationsPossess a strong understanding of performance testing tools such as NeoLoad Jmeter and LoadRunner.Demonstrate experience in the customer service domain specifically within the mortgage industry.Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve performance issues.Show proficiency in scripting languages and performance testing methodologies.Have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Display a proactive approach to learning and applying new performance testing techniques.
