What will you do every day?

As a QA engineer, you will need to have a strong knowledge of testing practices and an ability to employ traditional practices in the conversational domain. You will be working in a fast-paced agile environment with a talented team of Developers and PMs. You will assess the testing and quality of all new features and releases delivered by our team. You have good communication skills, pay a great deal of attention to detail and are passionate about what you do.

What responsibilities will you have? 

Design, build, and maintain automation test suites (API, UI, integration, regression)

Collaborate with developers and product managers to define test strategies for new features across web, voice, and GenAI-based workflows

Implement automated CI pipelines for test execution and reporting

Identify QA bottlenecks in release cycles and propose solutions to reduce manual overhead

Ensure coverage for critical use cases, including LLM-agent workflows and voice bot interactions

Monitor production issues and contribute to post-release test automation to prevent regressions

What skills, expertise and experience are we looking for?

3–6 years of experience in test automation for scalable SaaS or platform products

Proficiency with test automation frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress

Strong knowledge of API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or Karate

Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)

Familiarity with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or any scripting language used for test development

Good understanding of backend systems (REST APIs, microservices architecture)

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with frequent releases

Exposure to testing LLM-based features, chatbots, or voice assistants is a huge plus
