JLL is a dynamic, fast moving Commercial Real Estate company that is experiencing hyper growth in India.  We’re looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team and help us scale our Engineering organization. You will drive technical recruiting efforts and help us bring in top talent that is excited about building world-class products for our customers. In this role, you will manage full cycle technical searches, be key to building relationships with technical talent across India and will collaborate closely with our leadership team to meet our ambitious hiring goals.
 

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Manage full lifecycle technical searches for internal & external candidates
  • Serve as an advisor to internal stakeholders to deeply understand business strategies and talent needs for today and the future
  • Build a trusted advisor relationship with hiring managers, coaching them on effective search strategies, compensation and interviewing
  • Develop and execute end to end proactive sourcing strategies in multiple  disciplines/domains; partner with external resources as needed
  • Use analytics and data to drive change and influence hiring decisions
  • Build pools of technical talent for technology disciplines, making use of networking and database tools to manage this talent
  • Lead the offer process in collaboration with internal stakeholders; negotiate and close candidates
  • Create and drive best-in-class experiences that delight candidates and hiring team members
  • Contribute to the operational excellence of the team through the leadership of strategic projects
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion through every aspect of the hiring journey
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends and market developments, providing strategic insights and market intelligence as appropriate
     

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience from having spent time in both agency and corporate recruiting functions
  • A deep understanding of the technical talent landscape, specifically Software and Data Engineers, QA and Developers
  • Proven track record of hiring incredible talent and consistently optimizing time-to-hire
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data as well as communicate market trends
  • Proficiency in using ATS and CRM systems as well as data analytics tools
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate, partner, and build effective working relationships with internal partners in a constantly evolving environment
  • Highly organized, process- driven and detail orientated with superior prioritization skills
  • You are intellectually curious with the ability to grasp new technical concepts quickly and converse credibly with engineering experts
