Eligibility Criteria for KONE Recruitment Drive

We are looking for data specialist(s) to join KONE Business Services (KBS) to play a crucial role in supporting our ambition to become the centralized competence for data migrations at KONE. You will be part of the KBS Scalable Deployment Team working closely with the business and global teams in various M&A- and ERP -integration projects as trusted partner of choice for data. You will be responsible for managing and executing data migration activities from extraction and mapping to loading and testing using various tools, techniques throughout the process

Key Responsibilities:

• Extraction of data from various source systems, validation, conversion and migration to the target ERP system.
• Utilize data mapping tools and techniques to effectively cleanse and prepare data for migration.
• Performing data upload activities using tools like Winshuttle along with all mock cycles and dress rehearsal including technical and functional data validation.

• Perform data quality checks and analyses in source systems to identify and rectify errors and inconsistencies.
• Performing data audits as part of due diligence, representing comprehensive review and analysis of organization’s data to ensure its accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and implement data improvement actions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to defined standards.
• Collaborate with the data team to establish and maintain effective data quality practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Business administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data management, data analysis, or a related field.
• Familiarity with the stages of M&A transactions, including due diligence, integration planning, and post-merger integration. Working experience in M&A transaction projects is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in working with the major ERP systems like SAP and Oracle including their various versions (e.g. SAP ECC, S/4 HANA)
• Experience with data mapping and migration tools such as Winshuttle, Data360 Analyze complemented with advanced Excel skills for data analysis. Proficiency in tools like SQL, Python is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

We offer you the basic salary starting from 2.000 EUR/gross, but the final compensation will be agreed with regard to your experience.
