• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruiting, with a focus on sourcing developers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to connect and build rapport with candidates confidently.
• Strong ethical standards and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms like LinkedIn for recruitment.

• Minimum 2-4 years experience in a similar role in a software/product development company.
