As Content Writer, you will be creating content across platforms to engage Nuclei’s audience. You will write articles, emails, and white papers to contextually fit the platform and the objective it’s meant to serve. 

Nuclei is a profitable B2B fintech SaaS firm working already with over 20 large BFSI clients across India, MEA & SEA in just a span of 5 years.

Before we started Nuclei, we listed down a few guiding principles. These were essentially our learning from the previous startups/companies:

• Think big, think global, and not limit ourselves only to India.
• Build a company. We wanted to be sustainable from day 1 and build a profitable business. This does not mean that we compromise on growth, but we most definitely avoid unsustainable growth.
• Build for the long term, not flip it in a few years.
• And most importantly, we wanted to change the perception about India, of being a back-office/outsourcing destination, to a product destination.

What will you do?

• Research; research domain, target audience, publications, keyword performance, industry trends to come up with quality topics for content 
• Writing; write  short form and long form copy for all marketing channels and adapt the tone depending on the platform and audience 
• SEO; write with a neutral tone suited to the brand while ensuring key phrases and words are covered and optimised for search
• Content Marketing; be creative and break the norms in promoting content across all available channels.
• Sales Support; write one-pagers, email sequences, case studies, presentations and internal sales support materials f
• Design; identify design themes and either work with a graphic designer or pull something together on Canva.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Create story lines and content pegs for our company and products
• Develop, write, and deliver persuasive copy for the website, email marketing campaigns, social media, sales collateral, videos, and blogs
• Creatively adapt content for different audiences, formats, and platforms for maximum performance
• Build and manage an editorial calendar 
• Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies)
• Proofread and edit all content before going public 
• Maintain brand, positioning and language between product, sales, partnerships, design, and marketing
• Identify topics relevant to our domain, areas of expertise, TG to be relevant and recent on all channels
• Create content to support marketing and sales campaigns to help them achieve their goals
• Find ways to make our voice reach a wider audience through third-party platforms and formats 
• Analyze the performance of content and repurpose for reach and engagement as applicable to the audience, platform, and intent 
• Stay current with content best practices and implement them in the content being developed across the company
• Analyze all activities to create best practices and processes for optimization

Who Should Apply?

• Proven 4-5 years of work experience as a Content Writer for Fintech/BFSI, or a similar role
• Experienced in long-form content (PR is a bonus). Social Media copy writing does not count.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent writing skills, with the super skills to communicate repetitious topics in new and engaging ways
• Track record in producing a wide variety of content.
• Ability to adapt content to multiple platforms and formats for different audiences
• Research-oriented with attention to detail
• Strong writing experience gained in a B2B environment.
• Be comfortable with content management and publishing tools
