Role Overview

Are you ready to unleash your potential and ignite growth in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a Growth Catalyst – Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound prospecting to generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
• Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team through effective lead qualification techniques.
• Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers to engage with.
• Utilize CRM software to manage and track lead activity and sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas for lead generation and qualification.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS, preferable HRtech or Employee Engagement domain.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
• Having a track record of hitting your numbers, successfully engaging with customers.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Know how to over communicate with your mentors and peers, we highly value async culture, hence communication is important.
• Familiarity with CRM, Apollo, Open-phone, Sales Navigator.
