Zeotap is expanding its SAAS product suites branded as Customer Intelligence Platform consisting of an integrated product suite for Customer data collection, ID resolution, Predictive Analytics, Audience management and Activation. 

Our ideal candidate will be passionate about helping our enterprise customers and business teams across the globe, enjoy resolving problems, identifying root causes of issues, and thrive in a team environment. The incoming person would be responsible for end-to-end ticket resolution and communication with the customers and other stakeholders within the SLA, escalations to the internal teams based on SOPs, creation of internal knowledge based articles and perform engineering support activities as and when required.

Responsibilites

• You will develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Zeotap’s SaaS offerings, including SDKs, CLI tools, and platform-specific extensions. Provide sample code, best practices, and troubleshooting content aimed at helping developers extend product functionality.
• You will act as a bridge between product and engineering teams, capturing key problem statements and ensuring documentation addresses the needs of both internal and external users.
• You will engage with user research, product and engineering teams to understand the needs of SIs, customers, and partners, and create documentation that aligns with these personas, enhancing their ability to leverage Zeotap’s PaaS solutions effectively.
• You ensure all documentation aligns with Zeotap’s overall product strategy and supports the product vision, delivering content that empowers users and strengthens platform adoption.
• You Adhere unwaveringly to Zeotap’s company policies, privacy regulations, and information security procedures.
• You complete all assigned awareness training promptly.

Requirements

•  6+ years of technical writing experience, with a strong focus on platform-as-a-service (PaaS) products or developer-oriented documentation (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow).
• Proven experience in creating and managing documentation for complex APIs, SDKs, and developer tools within enterprise environments, particularly for third-party developers.
• Deep understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape, with familiarity in the modern data stack (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) and experience working within platform as a service ecosystems
• Ability to proactively identify documentation needs based on ongoing engineering projects, rather than waiting for fully developed features.
